Resolute Systems is pleased to announce that Judge Ralph F. Costello has joined Resolute’s New York team of Dispute Resolution Professionals. While serving as a New York State Supreme Court Justice from 1997 to 2010, Judge Costello managed a revolving inventory of over one thousand civil cases. The cases involved wrongful death, medical and legal malpractice, breach of contract, insurance coverage, zoning and ordinance violations, labor law violations, Article 78 and Article 75 proceedings, foreclosures, forfeitures, seizures and various types of personal injury actions. During this time, Judge Costello facilitated hundreds of dispositions annually through settlement conferences.
